Who we are
More than 60 years ago, Luigi Carpineti was one of the first entrepreneurs and builders in and around the Litorale Anziate: he dedicated his career to the construction of fine housing. To his son Fabio he handed down the same passion that led him in 2001 to open his own company DOMUS LAVINIA SRL, distinguishing himself for style and cutting-edge finishes.
Always in the wake of family tradition, in 2022, we wanted to grow again by giving life to “Casa Vacanze DOMUS LAVINIA”, to share the homes we designed and built even with those who choose to spend a short holiday on our sea.
